Create a personalized experience as unique as the university itself
We decided to flip the script. Instead of sending prospects across different sites to find answers, we would bring the answers to them. One site that personalizes the content and experience to fit where the person is in their journey, while demonstrating the advantages of being the only university in downtown Boston. Using Sitecore as a framework, a new custom CMS and site design was built to guide users to the unique stories and opportunities that are most relevant them, and make it easier for future students to envision themselves at Suffolk.
Accessibility that goes beyond WCAG 2.0 AA Compliance
From the beginning, the teams at Suffolk and Primacy were heavily invested in making sure the new site was as accessible as it was engaging. This included designing with color contrast ratios that are readable by color blind visitors, and code updates that make sure interactive elements would work with screen-readers. The site was built to meet WCAG 2.0 AA compliance standards at launch. To ensure the site maintains those accessibility requirements in the future, Primacy’s accessibility team held special training sessions with stakeholders at Suffolk. Now the Suffolk team is ready to maintain this high standard of accessibility as the site and content continue to evolve.
