SVP, Service Delivery

The Senior Vice President of Service Delivery role is to deploy creative, technical and marketing professionals and deliver the highest quality digital experiences in the most efficient and effective manner possible. Teams include Primacy staff along with media buying and CMS partners as well as near shore and offshore resources.

Responsibilities
  • Set delivery standards for services, media and software from scoping through implementation and client feedback
  • Partner with beta productivity platform team for features and roadmap rollout
  • Optimize resource utilization to scale rapidity and partner with delivery teams to optimize backlog
  • Partner with Delivery teams to assign appropriate skill level work with opportunities work with mentors and grow skill set
  • Partner with QA and other teams to ensure quality remains at highest levels
  • Partner with CFO to maximize gross margin
  • Lead Project Management team for waterfall and agile based efforts for marketing, creative and technology-based engagements
  • Set pricing models for service, partnership markups and other vendors
  • Define client change back expense model
  • Oversee near and offshore partnerships
  • Manage client and project related legal assets like contracts, statements of work, change orders
  • Partner with senior ad extended leadership to implement and evolve company strategic plan
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience managing digital / web projects across spectrum of clients from start up to Fortune 500 for creative, marketing and technology focused engagements
  • Demonstrable experience managing a large team of project managers, producers, and other delivery specialists for project as well as fractional based models
  • Managed relationships at a senior level
  • Proven abilities to negotiate project scope and finances
  • Proven organizational skills combined with solid meeting facilitation skills
  • In-depth understanding of agency finance models and operation
  • Experience with managing offshore teams and external 3rd parties
  • Highly organized and efficient – able to define clear, simple and repeatable processes that scale
  • Legal and contractual understanding
  • Ability to lead, inspire and mentor
