Responsibilities
  • Define, develop and organize content rich experiences – aligning taxonomy, content types and formats with foundational organizing principles
  • Formulate content and experience recommendations that align brand and business objectives across an organization’s marketing ecosystem (particularly digital)
  • Interpret user research and site analytics to inform content ideas, opportunities and recommendations
  • Inform and guide user research to assess to optimize customer experiences
  • Lead the persona and journey mapping development process—internally and with clients
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a creatively-driven agency environment with a focus on digital experiences
  • Skilled in leading website development, content planning and organization
  • Experience with incorporating and aligning distributed content with overall content strategy, including: SEO, SEM, Social Media.
  • Proficiency and basic understanding of Content Management Systems and CRM platforms
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment leading or supporting several clients at any given time
  • Great presentation skills and an impressive portfolio of work you can share
