Senior Data Insights Analyst

Working in a fast paced agency environment in close collaboration with cross functional teammates (e.g. UX, Marketing, Strategy) to develop innovative marketing programs and digital experiences, the Senior Data Insights Analyst will help activate Primacy’s vision to use data to drive smarter experiences in meaningful moments.

Responsibilities
  • Dashboard Design: Design and create clear, easily comprehended and actionable visualizations to support client strategic objectives and initiatives, including hands on development of KPI dashboards and card building in BI visualization platforms (specifically Domo and Google Data Studio) in partnership with cross functional teams and clients
  • Performance Reporting, Insight Development and Storytelling: 
    • Translate data into insights and stories which drive change in marketing strategy and tactics 
    • Generate integrated client monthly/weekly/quarterly performance reporting comprised of insights and information derived from marketing campaigns, social platforms, CRM and website data
    • Ensure data and reporting stability and consistency
  • Conversion Rate and Experience Optimization: Identification and resolution of friction points (errors, lack of engagement, abandonment, etc.) in online conversion processes and digital experiences
  • Test Planning and Execution: 
    • Lead design and execution of Test and Learn Plans using A/B testing, multivariate testing and personalization.
  • Measurement and Data Tracking Enablement:
    • Recommendation and implementation of KPI and tracking plans across landing pages and full website builds – ability to recommend source code to web designers for implementation of analytics tracking
    • Ability to implement analytics tracking tags leveraging tools such as Google Tag Manager and knowledge of how they integrate with web analytics
  • Data Connectivity
    • SQL and Domo Magic ETL language experience desired
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of (Digital) Marketing analytics experience 
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills required
  • Digital/marketing agency experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven, dynamic environment across multiple clients is desired
  • Comfortable interacting with and presenting to mid-level clients and prospects at Fortune 500 and mid-size companies
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity, self-motivation and desire to learn
  • Love of data analysis, problem solving and storytelling
