Sales Cloud Developer

Primacy is seeking a versatile, highly-motivated Salesforce Developer than can help Primacy advance our Engagement Marketing practice. In a multi-faceted role, you will interface with marketing and business leaders to help them visualize and achieve their Digital Transformation goals, by planning, architecting, implementing and optimizing their enterprise infrastructure. As a contributor to our Salesforce Partnership growth, you are a Certified Salesforce Professional with the ability to support clients using Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. With a passion for tackling data challenges, you will be the developer responsible for technically implementing strategic marketing and sales processes. You will help us create new solutions, improve existing processes and solve problems innovatively.

  • Implementing and migrating Sales Cloud instances
  • Writing Apex and Visualforce for custom solutions
  • Creating, building and optimizing Flows to accomplish key tasks
  • Designing and configuring Sales Cloud custom data models
  • Integrating Sales Cloud with industry specific applications like Applications (Higher Education) and EMR (Healthcare) plus other platforms via custom connectors and APIs
  • Integrating Sales Cloud with website forms such as Drupal, WordPress, Formstack and FormAssembly
  • Supporting integrations with Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.
  • Writing requirements based on Marketing, Technology and other use cases
  • Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that bring platforms and products to fruition for the agency and our clients
  • Identifying and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches
  • Providing estimates and work breakdowns structures for work you’re leading
  • Optimizing application performance and scalability
  • Ensuring the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance requirements are monitored by working with the project teams
  • Staying current with Salesforce product releases, best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations
  • Managing engagements with other CRM platforms doing similar work as necessary
  • Minimum 3+ years Salesforce technical development experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience w/ Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Java/C# and or Python
  • Direct experience with Education Cloud and Health Cloud preferred
  • Experience with ETL integrations preferred
  • Other CRM and Marketing Automation platform experience a plus
