Media Marketing Manager

Primacy, recently identified as a leading Global Performance Marketing Agency by Forrester, is seeking a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager role leads the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our clients. The Marketing Manager is expected to translate go-to-market strategies into impactful and measurable paid performance media campaigns, with an emphasis on digital touch points such as social media, programmatic display/video and paid search. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with omni-channel experience including traditional media and experiential activation.
The Marketing Manager position requires the ability to communicate with clients directly, lead the development of client presentations, and identify actionable insights based on campaign analysis tools.

  • Develop, plan and execute media strategy across key channels including, but not limited to, paid search, social media and programmatic display/video in support of client goals and objectives
  • Own and present client deliverables, including but not limited to, media plan presentations and media performance reports
  • Manage all components of the marketing planning cycle including planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization and reporting
  • Manage media channel budgets and pacing across client portfolio
  • Manage platform execution across social and paid search (i.e. Google AdWords, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, bringing innovative ideas and thinking to all client assignments and to the agency at large
  • Contribute to overall team growth and knowledge sharing within the team and across the agency


  • BA degree in marketing or related field with strong analytical skills
  • 3-5 years online marketing experience with demonstrated success in online media buying and campaign implementation
  • Experience managing media budgets of $500K+ for multiple clients
  • In-platform campaign management experience in Facebook/Instagram, Google, Bing and LinkedIn
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to explain complex situations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize accordingly
  • Proficient writing and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and a genuine desire to learn new skills
