Marketing Strategist

As the Marketing Strategist, you will work with the Account team, Analytics and Design team members to develop strategies that will drive quantifiable performance and business impact as well as seek out new marketing capabilities, performance benchmarks, evolving best practices, and new technologies/tools for all channels across multi-verticals.  


  • Develop strategic marketing efforts and initiatives that serve client value for digital and traditional marketing solutions for both existing clients and new business prospects.
  • Leverage client marketing measures and performance via data in order to develop optimal marketing mix.
  • Convert brand insights into meaningful digital behaviors and marketing strategies.
  • Lend expertise on new business pitches, thought leadership venues such as conferences and develop compelling case studies,
  • Partner with Account Management to understand client business and marketing objectives and develop innovative marketing plans, establish metrics and use performance outcomes to sustain growth.
  • Interact effectively with creative team to provide vision and inspiration and align marketing concepts with defined marketing channels,
  • Lead development of the client strategic roadmap.
  • Partner with data team to identify client growth opportunities, establish research plans, interpret results and evolve communications founded on results and learning,
  • Work with Media partner/ to ensure client go-to-market strategy is implanted through the media buy
  • Be the arbiter of optimization decisions, with client objectives and demonstrated performance as key input
  • Investigate, evaluate, and weigh the risks and advantages of 3rd-party tools.
  • Works to ensure integrated decision-making occurs by involving key stakeholders across agency and with client,
  • Contribute to influence talent across the agency driven to deliver client excellence and who can partner with internal teams to craft the best solutions for the client and the agency.


    • 7-10 years’ experience in digital strategy as well as traditional marketing
    • Strong understanding and experience in the digital environment building a highly motivated and talented team and leadership capabilities to work successfully with a complex matrix of stakeholders.
    • Executive level business acumen. Exceptional interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to audit/measure, design and evolve a digital approach based on a deep understanding of today’s users and the target audience for future users.
    • You are known as a problem solver and demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
    • Background in media planning and buying a plus
    • Experience in account management for marketing initiatives a plus
    • Degree in either; marketing/communications/business/would attribute to success
