Human Resources Lead

The HR Lead will come onboard and serve employees and management across all HR disciplines. Your passion to attract and retain talent to compliment our culture will be key as well as to foster and maintain an already-amazing team.

Responsibilities

What this role is responsible for;

  • Creates and maintains an engaged and thriving culture
  • Identifies and manages outsourcing platforms and vendors which deliver value and cost effective services
  • Creates and maintains all HR policies (written HR assets) and practices to support all HR disciplines; staffing, benefit administration, talent & performance management and employee development & engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitates employee benefit programs in concert with Primacy’s benefit partners and COO/CFO to ensure industry alignment and financial goals
  • Develops, broadcasts and manages Talent Management process; collaborates with management and employees on talent & standards
  • Manages performance improvement process between management and employees to ensure proper steps for success have discipline and vigor with impeccable paper trails.
  • Mitigates risk by staying well-informed of all state and federal employment laws
  • Provides updated annual compensation and market reference models to management
  • Maintains a viable staffing pipeline for all divisions
  • Manages HR training budget and community support budget
  •  Decision maker on:  HR assets & policies, performance management process and standards, employee benefit programs, talent acquisition approach and process, HR budgets
  • Influencer on:  hiring and terminations, compensation including rewards and recognition, training, aligning measures with role levels/objectives and outsourcing decisions

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in HR management, business, communications or marketing
  • HR certification(s) preferred
  • 7+ years professional level HR managerial experience in all HR disciplines including U.S employment and labor laws, benefit administration, employee relations, performance management, compensation philosophies and knowledge of OSHA, COVID and workplace safety 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Process and detail oriented, including strong organization, time management and prioritization skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
