Director, Analytics

You will be a part of the Data Analytics team providing day-to-day mentorship and leadership to clients and internal teams. Your ability to integrate data with brand into compelling marketing stories that springboard client success will be a highlight of this role.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute and continuously improve Primacy’s suite of Analytic, Measurement and Optimization service offerings, such as:  
  • Digital Scorecards: Development of strategic objectives, associated metrics, benchmarks, targets and measurement of monthly values
  • Multi-variate, A/B Testing: Test planning, design, reporting, analysis, insight and optimization of website pages and page elements
  • Digital Media Optimization: Campaign measurement planning, implementation and refinement to ensure key business metrics are measured and optimized
  • Advanced Media Analysis: Development of critical business insights through custom (cookie-level) analysis of digital marketing programs
  • Social Media Analytics: Monitoring and reporting of brand conversations, analysis of the quantity and sentiment of the conversations and development of social media segments/profiles.
  • Search Analytics:  Measurement of Paid Search and SEO efforts showing clear tie between workstreams and ROI, performance vs. benchmarks and time, and insight into future opportunities
  • Website Funnel/Experience Optimization: Identification of friction points (errors, lack of engagement, abandonment, etc.) in online conversion processes and digital experiences
  • Measurement and Test Planning: Development of data infrastructure, test plans, learning objectives, measurement methodology, tool selection, implementation, measurement and ongoing process refinement
  • Behavioral Segmentation: Isolation of key segmentation variables, segment of users into actionable groups

  • Ad-serving platforms: Atlas, DART DFA, Mediaplex MOJO, etc.
  • Experience tracking: TeaLeaf, etc.
  • Website personalization: ePiphany, etc.
  • Online survey tools: Dynamic Logic, Factor TG, ForeSee Results, etc.
  • Digital Media tools: NetRatings, ComScore, @plan, etc.
  • Social Media tools: Radian6, Rapleaf, etc.
  • Planning tools; 
    • Website analytics: Omniture, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.

  • 5-7+ years of Digital Marketing analytics experience (analysis, modeling, regression/factor/cluster segmentation techniques, etc.) required
  • Detailed experience using database analysis tools such as SAS, SPSS, SQL required
  • Experience developing, conducting and analyzing online surveys required
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills required
  • Thorough knowledge of website analytics, ad-serving platforms, personalization and media planning tools required
  • Custom online campaign conversion attribution experience a plus
  • SEM/SEO measurement experience a plus
  • Data warehouse development experience a plus
  • CRM toolset experience a plus
