Creative Director

The Creative Director leads our creative and design teams, directs the branding and creative aspects of client projects, and drives our own brand communications.

Responsibilities
  • Provide creative leadership internally and externally, being up-to-date on best-in-class work and the technologies required to create it
  • Deliver with your team high-quality work, as measured by internal reviews, client feedback and creative awards
  • Work closely with ECD to attain and maintain creative vision and quality desired for agency’s growth
  • Continuously bring new ideas and concepts for your teams to get inspiration and improve their thinking
  • Provide constructive feedback on the work, in the area of your strongest skill but always addressing how art and copy are being addressed in the project
  • Manage the creative and design teams, mentoring talent and driving creative excellency in projects and deliverables
  • Work with UX, Creative Tech and Tech leaders to identify next generation of creative experiences and solutions and implement them on existing projects
  • Drive department growth, along with the Account Leadership, by providing close guidance on accounts 
  • Monitor teams billability on a constant basis and provide solutions 
  • Bring new ideas and solutions to clients
  • Help acquire new clients through presentations and participation in responses to RFPs
  • Helps proposal development, pitch creation and delivery
Qualifications
  • 6+ years experience as a Creative Director, or other senior creative position involving branding, digital projects (website development and marketing communications projects)
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or work experience is required
  • Integrated campaigns experience a plus
  • A portfolio showing great ideas, best-in-class design interface work
  • Excellent creative and analytical thinking skills; strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience in survey programming and analysis, social listening platforms
  • Leadership by example, garnering the respect and credibility of clients and internal staff by dedication, talent, vision and respectfulness
  • Ability to communicate coherently and sensitively with clients, vendors, and staff members
  • Ability to organize people, projects, and information
  • Ability to conduct focus groups, brainstorming and in-depth interviews
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
