Account Executive

The Account Executive at Primacy is responsible for assisting the Account team members in building strong account satisfaction, retention, growth and reference-ability for one or more high priority accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Create authentic and strategic partnerships with our accounts, inventing and building interactive solutions
  • Support the AM team in building strong client relationships through regular, proactive, value–added communication 
  • Deliver flawless client service by maintaining strong relationships with key decisions makers and providing profitable business solutions
  • Assist AVP, Account Management in building relationships with senior management at assigned accounts
  • Participate and contributing to the Account Planning Process for assigned accounts
  • Be an emergent thought leader: providing recommendations to the client, assisting them with business decisions, having a forward-thinking mindset to move their business forward
  • Maintain client relationships outside and beyond specific projects; create opportunities for deeper collaboration and interaction – become a true partner to client 
  • Develop or participate in client presentations as assigned 
  • Develop statements of work and proposals
  • Keeping abreast of and influencing key project lifecycle deliverables; understands all disciplines enough to provide direction to project deliverables and a point of view on best practices and solutions across disciplines
  • Proactively manage client expectations and internal efficiencies to:
    • Increase revenue per employee
    • Eliminate credit invoicing
    • Cultivate client growth for strategy projects, products, services and hosting
  • Manage and represent client expectations/needs/goals and progress across internal Primacy teams throughout project life cycle deliverables and beyond to achieve profitability and client satisfaction
  • Where appropriate, increase account adoption of Primacy’s products, services and hosting 
     
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of agency experience
  • High energy and well organized
  • Strong team and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of web site development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer needs assessment and problem solving 
  • Interactive agency experience a plus
  • Independent thinker
  • Great client management and interpersonal skills
