Primacy to Present on Main Stage at DrupalCon Europe 2020

WEST PALM BEACH, FL -- The digital experience agency Primacy announced today that they will be presenting alongside their client, Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS), on the main stage at DrupalCon Europe 2020.

One of the largest gatherings of the Drupal community, DrupalCon meets twice annually and brings together thousands of people from across the globe who use, develop, design, and support the Drupal CMS platform.

Jon Stewart, Primacy's VP of Product Strategy says, "Drupal is our fastest growing CMS at Primacy. As an agency, we've invested in growing our own Drupal capabilities and expertise and seen great success in leveraging the platform in Higher Education and Healthcare verticals. Being able to share our expertise at such an influential conference is exciting, and we couldn't be more thrilled to be presenting with our clients from Cornell CALS."

Joining Stewart on the main stage will be Meaghan Shanley, VP of Content Strategy at Primacy, Jacob Bell, a Solutions Architect at Primacy, and Tim Senft, Digital Communications Director from Cornell CALS. Together they'll present, "Designing for the Hidden Persona: Enabling Drupal content authors to realize their digital strategy and create exceptional, engaging experiences" using the recent Cornell CALS website redesign as a case study.

According to Stewart, "We so often see digital strategists exclusively focused on personas for prospects, customers, and other typical website visitors, but content authors are a critical audience in making the website successful [...] they need to be able to use Drupal to transform content strategy into a marketing engine."

Shanley adds, "We can design a great website for potential visitors, but if content authors can't effectively build and update the website as we and they envisioned, then we have failed long-term. Spending just as much effort on the content author as a persona has been a huge part of our success with Drupal, and we're looking forward to sharing these learnings with the Drupal community."

DrupalCon Europe will be taking place virtually from December 8-11 and registration is open at events.drupal.org/europe2020
