Primacy Two New Leadership Positions Strengthens Agency Value Prop

The award winning, digital experience agency Primacy upgrades their strategic services teams, as well as their data and analytics capabilities, with the creation of two senior leadership positions.

 

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Mia Walters joins Primacy as the SVP of Client Experience. In this role Mia will be overseeing both the Account Management and Practice Area Lead teams focused on healthcare, education, insurance and manufacturing industries. Her vision is to further unify their talents and deliver a higher value to clients that integrates the depth of the agency’s expertise, thought leadership and highly effective client relationships. Prior to joining Primacy, Mia built her 30+ year career includes working both agency and client side. Most recently, Mia was the COO at 100+ person local agency where she oversaw the integrated practice areas and overall service delivery.

 

Also joining Primacy's leadership team will be Tom Miller as the VP of Data. Tom is an experienced analytics practitioner with over fifteen years of experience developing the process and technologies needed to deliver successful data-informed digital strategies. He’s led analytics teams for agencies, non-profits, and companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 50— helping clients expertly leverage modern data tools and insights to drive value.
