Early in his career, Rich worked at Modem Media, in one of the very first digital media departments in the industry. That’s where he developed first-to-market strategies for national brands like AT&T, Kraft Foods, JCPenney and GE.
Rich’s leadership style is grounded in a philosophy of putting clients first. His customer-first approach has driven breakthrough solutions for brands like L’Oreal, Subway, General Mills and Citi. It’s also earned him some serious industry recognition from OMMA, Mixx, Echo, and Webby.
Before joining Primacy, Rich held positions as Executive Vice President of Global Media at Publicis, as well as partner at GroupM.
A proud graduate of Marist College, Rich resides in Redding, CT with his family and a 1965 Oldsmobile Starfire that he restored himself (with a little help from dear old dad)
