The digital experience agency Primacy announced today that the world’s leading research and advisory firm, Forrester Research Inc., has included the agency in their report, B2B Marketing Agencies, North America, Q1 2019.
The report, intended for CMOs to “understand the value they can expect from a B2B marketing agency and select agency partners based on size and functionality” includes 40 of the “most important and relevant players serving companies that sell primarily through direct or partner channels.”
Noting that in recent years, “the [B2B marketing agency] landscape has grown more complex”, Forrester’s analysis of the B2B agency market in North America was based on the agencies’ amount of B2B client work, and recent capabilities provided to clients.
The report lists Primacy as one of 19 integrated B2B/B2C agencies that “demonstrate[s] both B2B and B2C marketing expertise… [and can] deliver CX projects, analytics/insights, and martech operations as well as creative strategy and delivery.” The report makes note of Primacy’s “advanced” rating in Data Management Maturity, and features virtual reality and chat/chatbots as an emerging tech capability for the agency.
