We are a full service marketing agency that works with brands across many verticals including higher education, healthcare and financial services on cross-channel marketing executions, combining innovation with driving day-to-day results.

Primacy is seeking an individual who has the confidence and creativity to bring new ideas to the table and see them through to implementation. The marketing coordinator will support marketing managers and work on existing and new marketing programs and campaigns that support all areas of our business. The ability to juggle multiple deadlines and succeed in ambiguous situations is essential.

Responsibilities 

  • Day to day campaign management in support of client goals and objectives
  • Media channel budget and pacing management
  • Ownership of campaign optimizations across the brand portfolio
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics and trend tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, DoubleClick for Advertisers, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and Bing
  • Stay up to date on new ad offerings and test opportunities from publishers and potential partners
  • Support media managers and planners in developing strategic approach across client portfolio
  • Proactively research campaign issues and communication actionable solutions across client portfolio
  • Contribute to overall team growth and knowledge sharing within the team and across the agency
  • Support ad operations in QA across the client portfolio

Qualifications

  • BA degree in marketing or related field with strong analytical skills
  • Previous experience in advertising or marketing
  • Passion for learning the digital media landscape from online blogs, training materials, social networking and everything in between
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-starter qualities
  • Proven experience in ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and a genuine desire to learn new skills
