The Sitecore Developer implements innovative solutions while building dynamic, data-driven internet platforms across a myriad of client projects. This position is responsible for remaining abreast of the latest CMS developments and trends – including personalization, predictive analytics, responsive design, application performance tuning and optimization, application customization and 3rd party integration.


  • Technical design and implementation of client projects
  • Develop to high quality standards while understanding the importance of meeting client delivery deadlines
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with the extended team
  • Evolve to be a recognized subject matter expert within fields of expertise
  • Engage in CMS technology research, development, and best practices
  • Interface with clients to identify business requirements
  • Draft specifications, architecting, building, and testing solutions
  • Define development standards, determining best technology practices build vs. buy decisions and open-source applications


  • Sitecore 8.0 certification, MVC experience, and expertise a must
  • 5+ years of experience in web application development using ASP.NET C# MVC/WebForms
  • Understanding of brands, communication channels and consumer behaviors
  • Experience in research techniques and approaches; brand health tracking, campaign effectiveness, cross-channel effectiveness studies, consumer segmentation and media testing
  • Agency experience desired
  • Proficiency in database design, web services, and use of open source frameworks
  • Knowledgeable in methodologies and design patterns, CMS implementation best practices
  • Good front-end skills, particularly JS frameworks and Bootstrap is desired
  • SOLR integration, development, and configuration experience a plus
  • Ability to develop functional/business and technical requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication to clients and project team members
  • Excellent client-facing consultative skills including the ability to lead client meeting
