Primacy is seeking a versatile, highly-motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with Sales Cloud Experience. Must be eligible to work in the United States, and onsite in one of our four beautiful offices! As a contributor to our Salesforce Partnership growth, you are a certified Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist. With a passion for tackling data challenges, you will be the administrator responsible for implementing strategic marketing and sales initiatives. Help us create new solutions, improve existing processes and solve problems innovatively. Supporting clients across a range of industries, you will need to be a strong communicator and work alongside tech leads, account managers, marketing planners, and project managers to ensure client success.


  • You will be responsible for creating new digital communication campaigns to drive better customer experiences through comprehensive, cross-channel, communication journeys and design
  • You will work closely with the Digital Engagement Lead, the Customer Experience Stakeholders and other business groups to identify opportunities for Digital Customer Engagement and Communication
  • You will monitor Journey Campaign performance in conjunction with the Business Analytics group, identifying opportunities to make them more effective, thereby driving better customer engagement and achieving business goals
  • Administrator of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget); manage the software, architecture and provide support to clients, including the implementation of new subscriptions and the integration of Marketing Cloud to other Clouds and/or databases
  • Partner with strategy teams to develop and implement advanced email and multi-channel campaigns that support customer journeys and provide insights for further optimization; deploy automations, triggered emails, user-initiated emails and A/B tests with Automation Studio and Journey Builder
  • Knowledge of data management using Data Extensions and SQL; build and manage databases with the ability to leverage behavioral data and CRM attributes
  • Knowledge in AMPscript; ability to create personalized experience and leverage data to perform advanced functions
  • Proven success in the design, development, testing, and deployment of third-party integrations within Salesforce Clouds


  • Minimum 3+ yrs Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Analytics Builder, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio desired
  • Content Builder and dynamic email creation (AMPscript, HTML, CSS experience preferred)
  • Pardot experience a Plus
  • Certifications Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant *and/or* Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Salesforce Administrator
  • Pardot experience a plus
  • Team contributor with ability to complete jobs independently. Excellent time management and communication skills
