Responsibilities
- Developing customized solutions based on an understanding of client business objectives
- Driving and delivering flawless client service by maintaining strong relationships with key decisions makers and providing profitable business solutions
- Assisting VP, Account Management in building relationships with senior management at assigned accounts
- Participating and contributing to the Account Planning Process for assigned accounts; assist in updating process as Primacy's account roster evolves
- Being a thought leader: providing recommendations to the client, assisting them with business decisions, having a forward-thinking mindset to move their business forward digitally and within 360 plan
- Maintaining client relationships outside and beyond specific projects; create opportunities for deeper collaboration and interaction - become a true partner to client
- Developing greater focus and ownership of key accounts by conducting regular person to person on site visits
- Developing or participating in client presentations as assigned
- Developing statements of work and proposals
- Proactively seek new business opportunities within assigned accounts in an effort to grow account
- Keeping abreast of and influencing key project lifecycle deliverables; understands all disciplines enough to provide direction to project deliverables and a point of view on best practices and solutions across disciplines
- Proactively managing client expectations and internal efficiencies to:
- Increase revenue per employee
- Eliminate credit invoicing
- Cultivate client growth for strategy projects, products, services and hosting
- Meeting sales targets/quotas for designated accounts
- Managing and representing client expectations/needs/goals and progress across internal Primacy teams throughout project life cycle deliverables and beyond to achieve profitability and client satisfaction
- Where appropriate, increase account adoption of Primacy's products, services and hosting
- Handling internal Primacy's initiatives (e.g. client surveys, account planning process, etc.)
- Staying on top of digital trends and bringing articles, news, etc. to key clients on a regular basis
- Solid management skills to manage and mentor junior team members
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of marketing experience (5-10 years on agency side preferred)
- High energy and well organized
- Strong team and leadership skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Understanding of web site development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and strong desire to interact with clients on a daily basis
- Strong customer needs assessment and problem solving
- Interactive agency experience a plus
- Independent thinker, leader - can independently handle client meetings
- Great client management and interpersonal skills
- Confident, organized, positive energy
- Managed or has exposure to services industry a plus (e.g., financial, medical, insurance)
