SalesForce Marketing Cloud Strategist

Primacy is seeking a versatile, highly-motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strategist to help us create new solutions, improve existing processes and solve problems innovatively. Supporting clients across a range of industries, you will need to be a strong communicator and work alongside tech leads, account managers, marketing planners, and project managers to ensure client success.  

This role guide the marketing teams on how to optimize and deliver campaigns using marketing automation to achieve the maximum benefits and return on investment. You will need to be a strong collaborator and will be responsible for creating new digital communication campaigns to drive better customer experiences through comprehensive, cross-channel, communication journeys and design.

Responsibilities 

  • Segmentation - Work with the marketing teams to design and implement segmentation strategies ensuring market specific needs are met
  • Channel Enablement - Develop the marketing automation platform to fulfil cross channel communication including but not limited to email, SMS, push and direct marketings
  • Journey Management - Implement and manage global processes for identifying opportunities, prioritizing, designing, buildign and optimizing marketing and service journeys
  • Governance - Accountable for user management, permissions, creation and access. Accountable for ensuring we adhere to market specific data regulations
  • Data Management - Work with clients and internal teams to extract and structure data to fulfil the marketing team's marketing automation goals
  • Analytics and Measurement - Work with our Analytics team to develop impactful analytics and measurement strategies that enables robust reporting focused delivering actionable insights
  • Training and Processes - Drive training strategy and delivery into the broader marketing team, define and document processes and apply shared best practice across markets
  • Creation of digital communication campaigns to drive better customer experiences through comprehensive, cross-channel, communication journeys and designs
  • Development and implementation of advanced email and multi-channel campaigns that support customer journeys and provide insights for further optimization; deploy automations, triggered emails, user-initiated emails and A/B tests with Automation Studio and Journey Builders
  • Proven success in the design, development, testing, and deployment of third-party integrations within Salesforce Clouds

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ yrs Salesforce Marketing Cloud experiences
  • Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Analytics Builder, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio desired
  • Experience with enterprise-level marketing automation products, priority focus: Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with customer segmentation and performance marketing; initiating and executing projects and campaigns through a customer first strategy
  • Pardot experience a plus
  • Certifications Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant *and/or* Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist; Salesforce Administrator
  • Team contributor with ability to complete jobs independently. Excellent time management and communication skills
